How much experience do we have?
Founded in 1985, our Assisted Living Facilities have a reputation for cleanliness, attention to our residents, and an active homelike atmosphere.
Are we licensed?
Our Florida HRS License Number is 0008539.
Are we affiliated with any religious organization?
We are not affiliated with any religious organization.We offer very individualized attention to residents in an atmosphere which respects and enhances their religious values. We have a small chapel on the premises to be used for services as well as a private meeting room. Magnolia Manor offers residents the opportunity to receive specialized care coupled with the attention to their spiritual needs.
What are our facilities?
Magnolia Manor Homes are private, non-institutional adult living facilities. These facilities are an alternative to persons living alone and trying to cope with an environment that often exceeds their physical, psychological and financial resources. They live in a community "residential" area and are free to participate in community activities to any extent they desire. The residents are provided with social and emotional support within the framework of each of our "families".
What are the provisions of the home?
The facilities provide the following:

.. All housekeeping and laundry on a regular basis.
.. Daily activities.
.. Weekly beautician available at low cost.

Who would enjoy Magnolia Manor residency?
Persons who are comfortable in a residential atmosphere in both social and physical aspects. Those who are unable to live independently at home.
Who would not find our homes an appropriate residence?
Persons who are incapable of living independent of direct medical care, such as advanced Alzheimer's. Activities and exercise are offered daily as well as incontinent care, supervision of medication and assistance with meals.
Note: This facility is not a nursing home and does not provide complete 24 hour nursing care!
What about activities?
Several activities are provided for the residents on a daily basis. Once a month a resident's choice dinner outing is available. Morning exercise is offered daily. Outings are scheduled two times each month. Our regular activities include bingo, crafts, games, and current events. Activities are organized to meet the interests of each resident.
What to bring with you?
Incoming residents should bring at least five sets of clothing. A couple of sweaters would be useful during the cooler months. Each piece of clothing should be marked in an obvious place with indelible ink. Pictures of loved ones may be brought to be displayed on the dresser in the bedroom.
What are visiting hours?
9:00 AM to 9:00 PM daily. Any relative of friend who intends to take a resident from the premises is requested to check with the Manager and use the Sign-out Book.
Do we offer respite care?
We will care for your loved one on a short-term basis while you are away or if you need a rest from caregiving.
How big is a typical room?
A typical room is 19' X 15' or 285 Sq. Ft. and includes a walk-in closet and a private bathroom. The facility is decorated very homelike and each resident is encouraged to bring pictures from home to decorate their room.

How do I get to your facility?
We're located at 926 S. Myrtle Avenue, a few blocks Southeast of downtown Clearwater at the intersection of Myrtle Avenue and Magnolia Drive. Our parking lot and the main entrance to our facility are from the Magnolia Drive side of the building. Coming from the South using 113th Street/Ridge/Ft. Harrison or Seminole/Missouri, take Lakeview to Myrtle. From the North on these same streets, follow Druid to Myrtle.
